Adobe Photoshop Cs6 Compatible With Windows 10

I purchased a new pc with windows 10 and cannot get it to install on the new computer.

Adobe photoshop cs6 compatible with windows 10.

Limited testing with cs6 revealed no issues. For ealrier versions of net framework. But i have to say that some time passed when i last tried it out. I just got a new laptop and am needing to install my ancient version of photoshop 6 0.

Windows 10 is not a supported operating system for cs6 and earlier product versions. 1 microsoft dropped support in windows 10 and blocks them. No windows 10 is not compatible with adobe cs6 and not with some cc 2015 products either. Have done lots of research and this version is supposed to be compatible.

A for earlier versions of vc redistributables. 999 usd is a lot of money though so i want to verify that windows 10 64 bit and photoshop cs6 extended are compatible with each other before making in hasty purchases. They then went on to say that photoshop cs6 extended isn t compatible with windows 10. I tried the above but for it to work i had to do a couple more things. Or do i need to upgrade my photoshop. Have flickering blackouts and weird crops etc. 2 adobe products rely on these programs to work.

Cs6 works fine on windows 10 build 1909 but for some reason you can t reinstall it which is a pain if you re reformatting or switching to a new computer which was my case. Here is the problem. 2 gb of ram 8 gb recommended for 64 bit. Photoshop cs6 13 0 not working since upgrade to windows 10.

New here jun 30 2016. Copy link to clipboard. Issues with photoshop and camera raw 9 x with amd graphics cards win. I really dont want to have to do that.

This caught me off guard especially when they started asking why i didn t want to use cc. Microsoft windows xp with service pack 3 or windows 7 with service pack 1. This doesn t need to be conclusive but i have a cs5 version of photoshop still running under windows 10. But even that cs5 is way older than cs6 it does not necessarily mean that cs6 is also running flawless.

Yes ps cs6 is compatible with window 10 however a lot of users have reported issue with amd graphics card for which a new update has been pushed.
